Please note that the pricing listed on my booking page reflects estimated starting rates and may vary based on the size, placement, level of detail, and overall complexity of your tattoo. Once your booking request is submitted, I will personally reach out via text message to discuss your tattoo concept, review any reference images, and provide a final quote before approving your appointment. To make the booking process convenient, clients may choose to use the card entered during booking to pay their required deposit. However, your card will not be charged automatically without your authorization. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and may be paid using your preferred payment method. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, all major Credit & Debit Cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. Cancellation Policy

Tattoo Deposit & Appointment Policy Rafael Camarena | @Uzis_Tattoos Thank you for choosing me for your tattoo. To ensure a smooth booking process and protect the time dedicated to your artwork, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment. • Must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS All tattoo appointments require a deposit to secure your date and time. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Your deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and compensates for the time spent on scheduling, consultation, drawing, design preparation, and reserving your appointment. Cancellation Policy If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or used for a different client. No-Call / No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit. Any future appointments will require a new deposit to be paid in full before booking. Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date. Deposits may only be transferred one time. The new appointment must be scheduled within 90 days of the original appointment date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 1 hour late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Design Changes Minor adjustments can be made to your design before the appointment. Major design changes, placement changes, or concept changes requested at the last minute may require additional drawing time, rescheduling, or a new deposit. Booking Agreement By submitting a deposit and booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. No exceptions will be made.
